The homicide and suicide rates at the AZ Department of Corrections doubled almost immediately under Director Chuck Ryan and Governor Jan Brewer, and so many of the victims of violence and neglect there are seriously mentally ill, like Tony Lester, Marcia Powell, and Shannon Palmer. Please, folks, come to the Stop Prisoner Abuse March on Friday, March 9 at 10am at Wes Bolin Plaza (AZ State Capitol). Show your solidarity.
